I shape product vision and drive alignment to create enterprise products that deliver meaningful outcomes.

At Yext (formerly Hearsay), I lead product design for solutions that enable compliant communication between financial services professionals and their clients, helping advisors build trust, relationships, and business through modern messaging platforms.

Previously at Singlecomm, I helped guide product strategy and led the design of their flagship product, Singlecomm Workflow, which empowers non-technical users to build call center scripts and dramatically reduces time to launch.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a front-end developer and built digital products that helped startups accelerate their journey to their Minimum Viable Product (MVP), giving me a deep appreciation for both technical feasibility and user experience.

Personal

I live in Ann Arbor with my wife and son, where our days are filled with play gyms 🛝, dance parties to Zoom Zoom Zoom, We’re Going to the Moon 🧑🏾‍🚀🌚, and frequent family gatherings. We’re always on the lookout for the next great pizza spot 🍕.

In my spare time, I’m an avid smart home enthusiast 🏠 and home lab tinkerer 👨🏾‍💻. I enjoy learning random things on YouTube 📺, and I’m a lifelong movie buff; my collection spans more than 3,500 films 🍿.

How I started

From the moment I first encountered my grandmother’s Windows 95 computer (which I was forbidden to use), I was hooked on technology. That persistence soon earned me my first PC, a Hewlett-Packard running Windows 98, and launched a lifelong curiosity about how things work.

I started by building websites on Geocities and customizing MySpace pages, gradually progressing to more structured design and development using FrontPage, Dreamweaver, and CSS during the early days of modern web standards.

These hands-on experiences led me from freelance web design to my first professional role as a front-end developer in 2008. Over time, I gravitated toward product development and user experience, ultimately discovering a passion for shaping products that improve people’s lives.
